What this website processes
This website has no user accounts, does not measure traffic and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Personal data from the website arises only when you submit the enquiry form or your CV, or when you write to us by e-mail.
Purpose and retention
- Enquiry form: we use the data to handle your enquiry and for follow-up communication. The legal basis is legitimate interest or steps prior to entering into a contract.
- CV: we use the data to assess your job application. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- We keep the data only for as long as the purpose requires, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to object and the right to data portability. You may exercise them in writing at our registered office or by e-mail at office@vuis-cesty.sk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.
