Assessment and verification of the constancy of performance of construction products as notified body No. 1480 and authorised body SK09.

Certificate of accreditation No. P-061

Certificate of accreditation No. P-061 dated 14.08.2023. The competence to carry out accredited activities impartially and trustworthily is demonstrated by meeting the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065: 2012.

The scope of accreditation is specified in detail in the annex to Decision No. 020/10721/2023/1 and to Certificate of Accreditation No. P-061, which forms an integral part of it.

Certification of conformity of the factory production control under the CPR

Certification of conformity of the factory production control under the CPR is performed by VUIS – CESTY, spol. s r. o. as notified body No. 1480 for products requiring assessment and verification of constancy of performance under system 2+.

The notified body issues the manufacturer a certificate of conformity of the factory production control on the basis of an initial inspection of the manufacturing plant and of the factory production control. The initial inspection or continuous surveillance procedure starts upon receipt of the application and continues with the conclusion of a certification contract.

Certification of conformity under Act No. 133/2013 Coll.

Certification of conformity of the factory production control under Act No. 133/2013 Coll. is performed by VUIS – CESTY, spol. s r. o. as authorised body SK09. Certification is carried out for the product groups for which the company is authorised.

The authorised body issues the manufacturer an SK certificate of conformity of the factory production control on the basis of an initial inspection of the manufacturing plant and of the factory production control.

NOTICE

The current certificate of authorisation (SK09) and the certificate of notification (NB 1480) both took effect on 26.08.2022. The scope of activities is specified in the annexes, which form an integral part of the certificates.
