§ 03·ACCREDITED TESTING LABORATORY·ISO/IEC 17025: 2017
Accredited testing laboratory
Testing of road construction materials in the laboratory and in situ. A laboratory with a fixed scope of accreditation.

Certificate of accreditation No. S-041 dated 15.08.2025. The competence to carry out accredited activities impartially and trustworthily is demonstrated by meeting the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025: 2017. The scope of accreditation is specified in the annex to Decision No. 020/12097/2025/2.
The accredited testing laboratory of VUIS – CESTY, spol. s r. o. is engaged in testing road construction materials. In order to maintain its expertise in testing and diagnostics, it systematically upgrades the equipment of its workplaces and continuously trains its laboratory staff. In 2020, the laboratory underwent reaccreditation as well as accreditation for new matrices, namely soils. The laboratory performs tests not only in its own laboratories but also in situ.
Tested materials
The testing laboratory operates in accordance with the latest applicable standards and is equipped with calibrated instruments to perform basic tests on these materials:
- asphalts, asphalt binders, asphalt emulsions
- natural and artificial aggregates
- compacted asphalt mixtures, cast asphalts, slurry seals
- hydraulically bound base mixtures
- unbound base mixtures
- soils
